Kat Hastings is a multimedia artist living in Worcester, MA. Her work has been featured in several juried, group, and solo exhibitions throughout Central Massachusetts.

In November 2025, Kat won the Worcester On Guard Shield Art Challenge at the Worcester Art Museum with her piece, Heart of the Commonwealth. It is on display in the educational wing indefinitely. In addition, she had a solo exhibition at the Boylston Public Library, Lettuce and Liberty: Protest, Play & Public Voice, throughout October. In February 2025, her mixed-media piece, Creation: The Balance Between Light and Dark, was awarded Best in Show at the Worcester Art Museum's Art in Dialogue exhibition and is prominently displayed on the cover of their 2025 Summer Catalog. Her literary work has been recognized in A Certain Slant: Literary Arts Journal at Mount Wachusett Community College, along with her mixed-media drawing featured on the front cover of the Spring 2025 issue. Her art was also on the back cover design of the same journal in Spring 2023.

Ms. Hastings is currently pursuing a degree in Fine Arts at Mount Wachusett Community College, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2026. She plans to continue her education and pursue an MFA.

Kat Hastings is often seen drawing in public spaces, a favored pastime that reflects her deep passion for art and community engagement.
